The first P performs a psychometric profiling of an individual based on the renowned personality profiling method of LPI (Leonard personality inventory - www.leonard.com.my).

Dr. Leonard M S Yong (Ph. D, M. Ed, B. Sc) is the author and inventor of LPI, a world recognised groundbreaking profiling model and software used to develop Emotional Excellence in thousands of individuals and countless organizations around the world from Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand to make a quantum leap in their performance improvement. 

Krish Mark endeavors to introduce the LPI model of emotional excellence in India especially to profile an individual at the time of recruitment and future assessments to better understand their strengths & weaknesses and plan their training needs.


The second and third P - Product and Process related training programs are conducted by a team of highly experienced trainers with relevant industry experience assisted by a wide network of consulting trainers especially in the Financial Services industry. The product and process training is currently spearheaded by Mr. Rajeev Shrivastava, who has an overall training experience of 22 years with 13 years as the Head Sales Training in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance handling Agency, bancassurance, Corporate channels and direct marketing.
 

The training services are supported by a training management portal is a dynamic solution with intranet and extranet implementation capabilities to ensure an efficient communication framework between the corporate team and the remote branches across the country.
